Does White Light Wellness Accept Insurance?

White Light Wellness is an Out-of- Network Provider. This means we do not take insurance. If you have any Out-of-Network benefits with your insurance plan you can ask your provider for a super bills to submit to your insurance provider. A Superbill is a document that contains the following information:

  • CPT Service Code

  • Date of Service

  • Provider NPI

  • Amount of Paid Invoice

  • A diagnosis

Your insurance may provide partial or full reimbursement based on your plan as well as the type of service you obtained by us, your provider. Some plans do not have any out-of-network benefits, so be sure to check with your plan to determine eligibility. If you are eligible, be sure to ask your insurance plan what method you should take to submit your Superbill, if you have a deductible, and about the rate of reimbursement.

How does White Light Wellness Accept Payment?

White Light Wellness will request a Financial Responsibility Agreement upon scheduling new clients. A Credit Card form will also be sent requesting a credit card be saved on file in our secure Electronic Medical Record (EMR). There will be an automatic payment prior to the service which will be followed by an automatic paid receipt. You can change your credit on file at any time. Recurrent clients tend to prefer this modality for payment. If there is any reservation a Business Venmo Account is available at @White-Light-Wellness via your Venmo account or credit/debit card. Event members tend to prefer this method.

Does White Light Wellness offer telehealth and in-person services?

White Light Wellness offers both in person and Telehealth services for individual services. In person sessions are offered in our Newtown, PA office. Licensing limitations may prevent clinicians from working with clients via telehealth who live out of the state of PA. Telehealth is delivered through our secured Also, we offer events that occur in person as well, including group meditations, sound baths and more at pop up locations on the Main Line and Bucks County.
